I booked a WoF for my car a week in advance. Was told it would be quick and wouldn't have to wait long. Turned up on time and had to wait 2 hours with my pregnant wife to only be told that my WoF failed due to torn windscreen wiper blades. $70 for wiper blades. Supercheap $20 installed! Please note that Supercheap installed these wiper blades for me. The edge was only about 5mm torn. I could have cut it a little shorter and been on my way. I missed my next appointment due to this delay. WoF standards state the following "A wiper arm or wiper blade is rejected when: a missing, or b insecure, or c damaged so as to affect the performance of the wipers." Performance of wiper blades was still 100%. No streaking. I'm very particular about my car. Should not have been a fail. When a booking is made with a promise, the promise should have been kept as with honesty.

It's a nice place to buy worlds best brand TOYOTA CARS! The cars are new! They have great customer service! The employees are friendly and know how to approach customers!
Had me sitting there for more than two hours when I was told 1.5hrs. My car was seen to and left in the carpark while I was waiting for an update even though the car was ready.
Bought a Car here, Extremely helpful but not pushy Sales Staff who go out of their way to make it right for you. From Finance to after Sales service Papakura Toyota will go that bit extra to make sure you are Happy.
