Great to deal with, friendly and not pushy sales people. Got us a much better trade in than others offered. Very happy with new ute.
This was probably the worst dealership I have ever been to we purchased a big 9 demo model the van it self is good but the sales team are the worst 1 we made payment and waited two weeks wondering when or if we could collect over van, we had to keep calling them. 2 the day we collected the van our sales manager was off work and didn’t tell anyone we were coming to collect. 3 the van was dirty inside 4 there was damage to the back rim all bent in and scratchers on the back door that wasn’t there before. 5 the van hadn’t been serviced 6 the van had 9000km on and they hadn’t paid the road user it was 6000km over we had to pay 7 the spare key it took 2 months with us calling every week to get this and it wasn’t the original keys as it had no Remote on it to unlock the doors 8 after two months they finally book the van in to be Serviced and to have the back rim repaired or replaced and to fit the hubcaps that were missing, so everything looks like it was going to go well but then on collection of the Van the service department said sorry you will have to book the van in again because we don’t have the spare room or hubcaps, it’s been a month sines the Service and we are still yet to hear back from them overall we would not purchase another vehicle from the Takanini branch 9 they deleted my comments on their Facebook page just because I was telling the truth

I had good experience with LDV Takanini branch when I purchased the LDV D90 for my growing family Tom and the team were very helpful and understanding. Despite the timing due to covid issues I had to wait for the car to arrive straight off the boat and getting it all prepared for me. I would like to send my biggest thanks to Tom and the team for handling everything so well, really appreciate the time spent on the application and car for me.
Just got my new T60 had a few things needing clarifying replies were quick and helpful. Very pleasing when getting a service loan vehicles are available and reception people are always in contact and helpful. Over all I've had excellent service.
Only really went in for a look at a Ute on a Sunday, Jacob was friendly and not pushy in his approach, knew what he was selling, ended up signing up and was told these were still on the water, got a decent trade in on my old car and was extremely happy when my new vehicle was ready. Gets used well and performs quite well with what I’ve used it for so far.
Nice people, excellent value and easy to find and park at. The years is expanding soon and will be a superb southern Auckland vehicle yard. Their expanded range starts from budget and used vehicles and offers excellent value for money in electric band, diesel band and Utes plus petrol commercial vehicles.
A very happy experience buying a new LDV D90 from LDV Takanini. Our salesman Tom had very good product knowledge and was pleasant to deal with. We were very happy with our trade in price. We will buy another vehicle off them again.
Easy to work with and good cars and good prices would go there again
