I came to Pandora in Merrylands with the intention to purchase a gift for my daughter. I was approached by a lovely and beautiful woman named Lou Lou who was more than happy to assist me. She communicated with me beautifully and assisted me with finding the perfect gift for my daughter. Every time I’ve shopped here, I have been welcomed by the lovely staff and their manager. The staff at Pandora in Merrylands demonstrate beautiful customer service skills and they just make my shopping much easier. I always look forward to coming into the store whenever I have an occasion coming up!

Amazing experience! Walked into the store today and was met by the most friendliest/sweetest ladies. I came not knowing what to get for a gift and the two beautiful ladies straight away showed me the perfect options for me to choose from. They were so helpful and took there time to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase today, and I was!

I usually don’t have the best experiences at pandora but I’m giving it 5 starts this time. i got lucky after being served by Amanda. She was very sweet, understanding and patient with me as she helped me try and pick the best gift for my mom. Big thanks to Amanda for making me have a great experience. My mom loved her gift and I’ll definitely be going back to see her.

Merrylands Pandora presents a warm and welcoming environment. I have been served many times by Heba who is both very approachable and knowledgeable on all products. She made shopping for a gift a breeze last weekend and I really appreciate it. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Amazing service from Amanda at Pandora Merrylands! She's so knowledgeable on all the charms for the bracelets and helped so much when I was picking out the perfect me bracelet and had so much patience when I was asking endless questions! 100% would recommend her and the store itself!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The entire staff were so welcoming and nice. I met a beautiful fellow hijabi and she provided me with the most gracious care and help. She was sooo patient with me when picking out the items I wanted and her taste is literally flawless!!! Thanks so much of all your help again. Will be seeing you guys again go sure

I had the worst experience in this store. The lady don't know her name, she was blondish very rude and doesn't know how to communicate effectively and no customer experience. I asked for sale charms and she told me they don't have then I saw the sale charms in other section, then she said "ahh these are old models " moreover my mum was trying to find her right size for bangle and she didn't let her to try and got annoyed saying this is too small, we don't have the right size" Then i asked Rose gold charms then she said "why are you asking gold one it's expensive okey ". I can't express how I'm angry and this lady shouldn't be working there. Worst experience ever.

I walked into Pandora Merrylands this morning and was looked after by the lovely team member Lou Lou I was looking for a gift for my sister . Lou lou was so helpful and so patient with me. She showed me so many things that were just so hard to say no to . It is very hard to find great service like Lou Lou’s. I thought pandora should know that they have a great team member working with them . I will definitely be coming back again to shop with her .

I walked into merrylands pandora and was served by Sara, she was so patient and very helpful. During my visit she was very welcoming into the store and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase, I’ve been into this store many times and the staff members in this store actually care about you. Will be returning 100%.

The store manager Lou Lou was very helpful, going above and beyond to hand clean my Pandora ring. The team at the Merrylands store are always so helpful and friendly, I will continue to recommend this store to family and friends. Thanks Lou Lou and team.
