My partner bought be some round brilliant diamond earrings from a gold coast store and they were noticeably different colours and different sizes. Thank you to your wonderful team for being very helpful, friendly and understanding of our situation. Once again thank you very much. Now i have matching beautiful earrings and love them.

Bad customer service. I bought a diamond ring and the life time plan for the ring here few years ago. I recently want to resize the ring and lost the life time plan receipt and called this store up and asked them to look up the receipt for me. The lady at the store took my name and phone number and said she will look it up and give me a call back. I called up on Sunday 28/5/17 and until today 1/6/17 I did not get any call back from the store. I waited at Michael Hill Wetherill Park store for more than 2 hours on 28/5/17 because I want to get my ring resize at the Wetherill park store, the lady at the Wetherill park store even call the Merryland store twice and I was told that they only have one lady work there on the day and she is busy, she will give me a call back. Guess not, that's not what I expect from Michael Hills store. When they talking you into buy their products they make it sound very good, but I guess after you purchase it then they don't care about you anymore. My cousin was buying more rings from the Wetherill Park store, but from now on I will tell her not to buy from Michael Hills, they don't care about their customer after purchase is done.
