Excellent service by staff member Farisha. I was searching for a particular ring and size and have not been able to purchase anywhere near me despite phoning many stores. MacArthur Square were very very helpful even to the extent of posting the item to me. Many thanks Farisha - Very happy customer !
I’m honestly so disappointed and outraged with the customer service. My mum and I walked in and were not greeted, however white females dressed in very nice clothing evidently better than us were. I felt so discriminated against and it made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We were both looked up and down whilst trying to shop. You should be ashamed.
Bad customer service. Rude staff. The blonde lady with high ponytail looked very unhappy and impatient. I told her I’d love to look at earrings, she asked impatiently:” what are you looking for? Earrings on sale?” From the beginning until I left, she never smiled. Actually this was the first time I purchased jewelry from this brand. Impressive shopping experience!
Such lovely service! Went in with my friend this afternoon and was looking for rings. Michelle served us and was so friendly and an excellent help. Will definitely be coming back again soon!:
I had soooo much fun in this store on 09.08.20, I was served by Debi and she was just amazing and all the ladies in there were super friendly. It really was a most enjoyable experience; my first Pandora purchase and I ended up with 2 bracelets and multiple charms. Could not be happier and am now well and truly hooked! This store is lovely and welcoming; much more so than my local store so this was well worth the drive for me. I'll be back!
The staff at this store were awesome. Social distancing was a priority for them & myself. The young lady that attended to my daughter and I was extremely helpful. A great experience. Thank you to the staff @ Macarthur Square
Recently came back and my experience was much better the the last time I came, lady was so kind that served us this time, extremely friendly, let us speak and told her what we came in to buy. It’s definitely turned my bad experience into a good one. Good work Pandora for taking on feedback as the previous visit was not satisfied
Horrible, if I could it would be 0. Terrible customer service, lied to and made a fool. Nearly 2 hours of my time was wasted with no solution.
I was soooo impressed with the service at pandora Campbelltown. Debbie approaches us instantly and introduced herself and proceeded to do absolutely everything to help us out! She was soooo lovely and kind! Very very happy with the service and quality of their products.
The customer service of the older lady at the store is very rude. I wanted to have a look in the store first before buying and she become rude when I didn’t put my name on the list to get served. Once I did that I was still waiting and other customers that entered the store after me where getting served. I was in the store for about 10-15 min and still nothing. I left and went to the narellan store instead. 100% better service. Never buy in this store.
