Received a gift of a bracelet. I already have 3 of these, so I wanted to exchange it for something else. The lady at Browns Plains was very rude and said no, we need the receipt. When I said it was a gift and I didn't want to upset the person, I was told that was my problem. It was purchased the day before, clearly brand new, just been opened, nothing wrong with it. Rude, unacceptable customer service. Oh, and ANSWER YOUR STORE PHONE!!!!! I rang so many times and it kept going to message bank. I could hear it ringing in the store and no one bothered answering. There were 2 ladies behind the counter and I went outside and rang the number, it rang aloud and they both ignored it, still talking to each other. NEVER AGAIN!
I went in to buy my daughter a bracelet and charm this week for her birthday. The young lady working was extremely helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend going to Pandora, Browns Plains.
Very rude and shameful customer service, the manager Pretti, not ready to give refund even 2 days old item. This Browns plain store is black mark on name of Pandora. They ruined rhe image of Pandora. Head office of Pandora store should take actions strictly with this owner. Very disappointed

Very shameful and very poor customer service from Britney when we bought a charm in that was less than 1 month old as it had come apart to get it replaced, not only was it bad service we received from her but she was not interested in trying to help resolve the problem. I'm not a difficult customer but don't try and push the issue away cause your to lazy to give good customer service! It was only thanks to the other lady who came up to me and was willing to help us fix the problem, in the end resolving to replacing the charm, not only was she good at helping us but she had amazing customer service the only way I would ever walk back into the store otherwise Britney turned me off wanting to purchase anything else from use.
Spent $1300 in Mt Ommaney store on 13 items.Visited Browns plains store today with 6 of those items requiring a refund. Christmas presents for our daughter no longer required.All items Still packaged, untouched original receipt in hand well within refund period. Ticked all the boxes of pandoras refund policy.Young girl on counter whisked our products out the back. This concerned us…. were they tampered with? She returns after a few minutes to inform us store franchisee owner Paula said via phone call they can’t do the refund and we have to return to original store of purchase due to the fact it was a $600 refund. Apparently there register won’t allow that?No where on Pandoras returns policy does it state this. Store of Purchase being Mt Ommaney was not our local store .Sales girl was *nice* but we were made to feel like criminals, truth be told they simply didn’t want there sales down by $600 which is understandable however they failed to honour the terms of their own refund policy. Absolutely disgusting service and a blatent breach of their own returns policy.refund was later issued at Mt Ommaney with no issue . Please amend your return policy to reflect the above or provide feedback as to why this occurred today .

Very poor customer service, sloppy dress code. Not only did I want to make one purchase, little did they know I wanted 3 items. Not my size in stock, they did not offer to order. Look around before going to this store.
Went there couple of months ago to ask for a gap refund because my bf bought me a ring from another store and they charged us the wrong price. The staff member was so lovely and happy to give us the extra money back and swap the size. Went again today to get my rings and ear rings cleaned. The lady said as long I bring it in before 12pm the day before, they can do it. It was 11 am, and she said again, the load was full for Monday, so they were no longer taking anymore cleanings. I normally go to the store in the city, and they can get it done on the day as long you drop it in the morning. Completely understand the high demand for cleaning, but just seems ridiculous for them tell a customer the load is full a day before the cut off time.
Great customer service. Very helpful. Beautiful selection.
