Poor service, felt like an inconvenience
Fantastic service yesterday wish I had got the ladies name who served me! Everything I wanted was in stock and just generally felt very welcome in the shop and walked out feeling great! So well done
Bad customer service from a young lady at the store today. Lindsay no offer of if another store has the item we were looking for just 'dont have that one' nope. Better customer service would of changed the whole experience. Asked to do a change over as it was the wrong size, nope not allowed even though we had proof of purchase and the ring was only purchased a few days ago and only on the finger to get from car park to store. No longer than if someone tried it on. The whole delivery of her conversation changed dynamics of the experience.
Friendly customer service, the lady who served me was amazing at helping me. There was only one bracelet left of the one I wanted and it was on display and she grabbed it for me and helped me with charms and information! 100% will be coming back again!
I'm not big on complaining but it would be nice for the two ladies who manned the empty store on May 5 to have stopped their chat to at the very least acknowledge that a customer has walked in. A "Hi, give us a yell when you need a hand" would have been enough. My partner and I went in to look for a few items to gift to a few people but was put off by the employees. They were chatting before my partner and I walked in, still chatting when we walked in, gave us a side eye, kept chatting until we walked out. I get that it's been dead and quiet lately because of Covid-19 but surely that shouldn't mean your employees should continue chatting as if no customers have walked in. It really doesn't take more than 2 seconds to say hi or hello. Stop the conversation, pick it up again when they leave. I love Pandora, the service I've received from the Marion branch has always been great. Not so much this one.
Lovely staff helped me pick out my God-daughters special 10th birthday charm for her new bracelet. So many beautiful items.
