Excellent Glenelg store. The staff are great and extremely helpful and knowledgeable . The store is well set out and has a great range to pour over. I would highly recommend a visit.

Just went in and the older lady ar the counter late 60s was extemely rude and condascending. All i wanted was to have my pieces valued to hopefully sell to them but she was the rudest person i have ever met. Not interested in my business at all. I heard them making sarcastic comments as i walked out also.

Went there last weekend and the lady who works in there was rude and uninterested. Worst customer service experience ive had in a while. Shouldnt have wasted my time.
