I will not even put a star in this place , terrible service , the woman of apro late 30s was horrible, treated me like a heroin addict lol, anyway they want to charge you $20 for valuating your jewelry and they want to pay you like if your 18 carat gold is fake, lol, i decided to take my jewelry home, and google for good service , foun Southern Cross gold buyers in Gawler place with good reviews so ther I went and the reviews where true, Cesar was so nice , shwing his good manners and experience, very polite and offered me a good price for my jewelry, Adelaide exchange jewellers needs to change their employees , If you want to sell your jewelry and want to be treated as a client dont come to Adelaide exchange j, go somewhere else , this place is worse than cash converters.

No stars, today friday 5 of January at 12 am this lady saw all my beautiful 18 carat gold jewelry and said , this doesnt look like 18 carat, when I said it is all 18 carat, then said I will give you 300 or 400 for all of this, she was a joke and rude, I said this is all precious jewelry and new and 18 carat as you can see it is a lot of jewelry and she said then I will charge you 20 dollars for a valuation and then you can take it or leave it, or go to cash converters and you will see we pay a better price, I was in shock how rude she was and her body language, I just said I dont need to go to cash converters , I thought you were going to help me know how much you will valuate my jewelry, She said I will normally charge 10 dollars per piece and then said how much i want for all of it and I said I will like her to help me put a price, she said I will give you my price charging you for a second hand gold thing and I said I weighted all more than 40 gms at home can you check if its that all right then it can not be 300 dollars right, she didnt want to weight it without charging me so then I thought I am wasting my time, took my things , thank her and took my things, I will not even put this store a star
