Buying my first home in my mid 40s as a single mum with only a minimal deposit was overwhelming but was my goal and Dave made it happen. It took 2 yrs from when I first said "I want this" to it actually happening. But Dave was there supporting me all the way. With his encouragement to work hard and save more I dug it in and did my part, Dave did the rest. I hate all the applications and the details so he did all that tedious stuff for me and seriously made it as easy as possible for me. Yes I had some advantage of knowing Dave like a little brother, but I also know he is a trustworthy guy to everyone. He is honest about the process. He replies when he says he will. He works overtime to get the job done. Not only did I actually achieve the almost impossible in this market, on my wages and at my age but I did it with the help of a good bloke. He has my back and I know I can flick him a question anytime no matter how trivial and he is happy to explain it in terms I can understand. My daughter and I have been in our new little home for a month now and we couldn't be happier. No more wasted rent. My dream is now a reality. Cheers Dave love your work mate.
