Palmerston North Library is situated between The Square and George Street. On the ground floor, they have computer and printing services that can be accessed with a library card or guest pass. On the otherside they have a facility called BLUEPRINT where you can create with 3D printers, sewing machines, wood work equipment we made a bird house - they had the pieces pre-cut for $6 Tshirt printing and much more!! Highly recommend. The additional 2 upper levels are the actual library - large selection of books and genres, computers throughout the level so you can easily find the book you need, lots of comfortable seating. Kids section has puzzles and colouring - they also host sessions for wee little ones during the week.

Great vibe and central to all of Palmerston north.  The sewing machines set up is exceptional, I use this facility often and have always been made very welcome. Great space, dont change a thing!

Great place to spend a quiet day. Many levels, all with comfy chairs

I don't live in Palmy, but had cause to visit for the day and needed a quiet place to do some study. The library was fantastic, plenty of seats with hotpoints in easy reach and free wifi and it was clean and quiet. I emailed before I visited the site and got quick and helpful reply. A great facility

This is a fine library which I have used on occasion when passing through.  Lots of hotpoints, free wifi and comfortable seating.    Definitely recommend!
