Stayed for a week. Can't get a better location, close to shops, restaurants and a variety of caffeine hits in the morning. Short bike ride the the jetty to flick a lure or walk to the beach.nnThe modern 2 bedroom apartment was really nice, great layout, awesome for families. Right in front of the pool, spa, BBQ area, and the tennis court.nnWould suggest installing an extraction fan in the bathroom as it gets very moist after a nice hot shower.nnWill definitely be making Palm Pacific our go to going forward.
Not sure why it came up as storage sheds.. strange.. but I’m talking about the Palm Pacific Resort in Whangamata. Love this place! Even better than last time we stayed here around the same time last year. They have upgraded the spas so much better.. the huge umbrellas at the barbecue station are perfect. Lovely big barbecues to help yourself to, great tennis court and the pool is beautiful .. much warmer than last time too! Having a ball would definitely book again next year. Service is great, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Even when the weather is a little hit and miss you can stay around the complex enjoy the spa, sauna, pool or cozy up in the lovely apartments .. mine has a heat pump which made our visit so much better as it was soooo hot! The view straight outside our apartment.
This location is very convenient to the shops and the beach. We have recently stayed here for 3 days, group of 2 families and we are just pleased on how spacious and clean the unit is. The kitchen is well equipped. We also get a very safe parking space. There’s even a pool, sauna, tennis court and bbq grill area. The owners are approachable and very accomodating to us since we arrive earlier before our check in time. We don’t have any issues on our stay here. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Whangamata. Thank you Palm Pacific Resort team.
My family and I randomly decided to go away for an overnight trip to Whangamata, to take the kids to the beach this place is amazing. highly recommended by us. We will be back everything is within walking distance including the beautiful beach. This will be an ongoing vacation destination for us. The owners are so accommodating friendly and so pleasant to deal with We stayed in room 10 and loved everything about it.
Awesome stay! Lots of things to do, great location, lots of amenities at the motel and a well stocked gym just a short walk away. We were actually surprised in a good way with how much more we had available for our 2 night stay and wished we stayed longer. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. All I’d say is book direct to help everyone… Thanks again!nnWould 100% recommend and stay again.
