Worst customers service I bet my 4 year old could run this chemist better my pharmacist at a different chemist called them prior to me coming in as my normal chemist would be closed by the time I got there and let them know I would be coming in to pick up a script and they told me I’m a liar and my pharmacist never called them wasting 2 hours of my time making a round trip from Coomera do not recommend this chemist to anyone about the only good part of this chemist is the news agency at the front

Friendly staff, esp Vida. Always so helpful, and goes out of their way to help us. Palm Beach Chempro is an absolute lifesaver for me and my family, who rely on prescriptions to live normally

Lovely efficient and knowledgeable staff . The owner / pharmacist is caring, thorough and very professional while maintaining a cheerful and helpful demeanour always . The other pharmacists are always helpful and friendly and one never feels “rushed”. Full marks to all the assistant support staff too !

The pharmacy is quite versatile and there are even some toys, a few automatic umbrellas at $12 and a lottery retailer.

I’m so grateful to this Pharmacy. Vila especially. My daughter felt sick around 9 pm and after a few wines I couldn’t drive to pick up medicine. The pharmacy took payment over phone and helped me get an uber to deliver. I’m so grateful. Thank you
