Had my brows done at Cabramatta . Spent $1080 both to removed and redo. After 2 weeks, my brows looked like two ugly black streaks, smooth and shiny when it’s supposed to be ‘feathered ‘ as advertised. Absolutely disappointed with both the service and the skill. Not only I have to put up with the pain but monetary lost as well as I have to have the brows again removed and redo somewhere else. Would have given zero star!

I will give a negative mark if google allows. Their service is terrible. I spent $3k there and didn't see much improvement about my skin. Each session is about 1 hour and the staff normally spent more than half an hour to encourage you to do more services afterwards which I m sure is not necessary (because I've tried when trusted them at the first few visits, and there is not much difference compare to later on when you don't do the extra service). And push you to upgrade your membership each time. Wait, I should be fair and honest, I only felt my skin being looked after with care was the the first trail session when you are not a member yet. What is more, they didn't disclosure full conditions when join. For example, when you want to buy products from them they told you that you can use your prepaid credit in ur membership card! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! What's more, I've been told when you have less than 30% of your total credit, you can't get the discount attached with your membership. The reception staff is not well trained which brought so much difficulties when make booking. It may take up to one week to get back to your booking inquires. They care money more than your skin. I spend my treasure time writing this is because I don't want you to wast your money and treasure time there. Don't know how can they survive in this competition market. Anyway, I'll never ever recommend this place to any of my friends.

Amongst the beauty clinic I've tried here in Sydney only in Pally Chatswood I found and experienced the BEST quality of beauty service. They don't take advantage of you just to ripped you off. They offer what is best for your skin type and skin issue. It's always upto you to decide if you can afford it (Just try to negotiate the terms of payment and discount if you are really serious of doing any treatment). Yes, the cost of the treatment/procedure is a bit pricey but I tell you.. it is worth your money! Thank you to Miss Amy who did my Ulthera treatment for being so patient and generous to me. She really made sure that she can give me the best result that I can get.  Her staff is very accomodating and well trained in the machine (Special Thank you to Sophia) who is now doing my fat freezing ( cooltech treatment) 😉. Pally is now my Beauty Haven... ❤

Good service, professional treatment experience, did find my skin looks much better after treatment.
