Ladyz Only Hair and Beauty Salon

Paid $600 for full head extensions, colour, cut and blow dry. My hair was meant to be mouse brown and i provided a photo, however much lighter colour applied and then was orange after first wash. Bleached my hair and burnt all the ends. Gina then saw my cigarette packet in my hand bag and asked for one, when i wasnt even having one and hadnt mentioned them. They were inside my handbag. Gina then began arguing with another customer and calling her a liar regarding how many hair colours she had advised were needed. Massive sign on the window states FULL HEAD HAIR EXTENSIONS $130, HOWEVER SOOOOO NOT TRUE. ITS $130 FOR 50 STRANDS. YOUR NOT TOLD THIS UNTIL THE VERY END. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Then after leaving salon very disappointed i had 2 extensions fall out by 7:30pm. I left the salon at 5:00pm. Within 2 more days i had another 11 fall out. Also as my hair was fried with the dye, a lot of my own hair snapped off. I sent text msg to salon and 5 days later get a text telling me to go in to see her. I wrote back within 5minutes asking best day and time suited her, however still no reply up until now. I sent the text 3 weeks ago. I also attended the shop several times both morning, lunchtime and evening only to find it closed each time for a period of 2 weeks. I gave up after that and have had to remove my extensions today as have about 40 left in my hair that lasted from 150 that were put in. No interest at all by the salon to assist with correctinh their mistakes and dodged me like a bullet. Now paying another salon $900 today to treat and replace the extensions this salon applied. Im more than happy to pay the money for a great service. Have contacted relevant authorities to take the matter further after seeing several others have had similar issues after attending the salon. This is the worst service i have ever received and DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH A RATING FOR THIS SALON. My hair was completed and ruined by Gina.

Everything was perfect except when I gave her feedback about what I didn't like so we can work on correcting on my next salon visit and after an exchange of messages she referred to me as an import which was completely uncalled for no matter what. I feel very insulted and humiliated. I may not be able to articulate myself in one sentence in English and I accept that, but anyone not born in this country knows how bad it feels when someone refers to you in this derogatory way.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Love the service and love the result. Decent pricing as well. Definitely coming back

I had old hair extensions removed; regrowth coloured; half head of foils and tint; some new extensions put in (including taking 50 strands of my own new extensions). Cost $590. This is about the same as it costs me to go to my local, which has better parking, so Ladyz is over-all, behind for me in terms of convenience. Not all of the extensions I brought with me where put in, and I came home without the leftover (although both staff stayed back for an hour after closing time and probably where understandably thinking about going home, rather than locating and returning my remaining 15 strands of hair, so fair enough :)) The colour job was good, the staff were lovely to spend time with. For me, thinking only of the job on the hair, for the cost, with the inconvenient parking, this was an average salon. Not bad, not superb, but competent and confident in what they do. I also appreciated the fact that they did not push product or further services, and that it is an owner operated salon. All the best of luck to Ladyz.

Made an appointment and they closed early. Cancelling my appointment without letting me know. Even when you ring, they don't answer.
