Never a bad moment at The Parlour For Hair, Anne and her team are so talented and amazing. I’ve been a long time client with Anne and I always leave looking and feeling beautiful!! This parlour is amazing. I came in for a layer cut and Anne was very knowledgeable, professional, and helped me figure out what lengths to go for based on the texture of my hair fine and how it falls. The ladies are friendly and the place is clean, cute and stylish. Would highly recommend. Also the way they washed, dried and put serum on my hair made it so silky and shiny.

Anne was absolutely amazing! Not just at hair dressing, but overall customer service. She was very accommodating for my hijab by putting a screen. She was also fantastic with my 4 year old who was very worried about her first hair cut in 2 years, but now can't wait to go back This is the best my hair has EVER looked, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment! Location is also very convenient

I’ve been coming here to cut and tone my hair for years and Anne gets it right every single time. From the moment you sit down and consult with her with what you want, she comes through with exactly what you envisioned. When you get your hair cut, she will always make sure she doesn’t cut more than what you want. I have complete trust in her and I’m always blown away with the results. I was recommended to Anne through a friend. After a consultation with Anne I visited her today for my full head of foils and blow dry. I can safely say I cannot recommend Anne enough. She is a very talented young lady who is very knowledgeable and up to date with her technique and trends. The quality of my hair after 1 full head of foils is AHH-MAZING! I cannot even feel that 1/2 of my hair was bleached blonde. I have always been very nervous to start with a new hairdresser but after years of visiting the same hairdresser over 10 years to be exact and being disappointed with the quality of her work and also snapping my hair it was time to move on. I was a loyal client of Anne’s for over 2 years but no longer after my last visit. Had an appointment booked on Saturday. When I walked in I could see that she still had 3 clients in chairs nowhere close to finishing soon which was confusing to me but nevertheless I waited in silence… waited for 50min before I eventually said that I’ve been waiting for 50min just for GHD curls which is unacceptable given I’ve booked an appointment. There was no apology or understanding from Anne. In fact she immediately argued back and said that “Saturday’s are always busy and you’ll have to wait, if you don’t want to wait another 5-10min you’re more than welcome to leave”. After 50min of me waiting without any apology for the delay that was the response I received. So I left… and I’m not coming back… disrespectful way to treat a loyal client especially in front of other people too.

Anne is an amazing hairdresser and a total sweetie pie. The staff are all lovely and welcoming and the salon is stunning. Very happy.
