We don't sell marine fish although we do sell salt, RO water etc as even after 58 of keeping & breeding freshwater fish I'm not qualified to advise on marines correct husbandry!"

Set-up my tank with their help over 2 years ago. BEST staff, very dedicated to their job, BEST customer service and BEST fish. Always there to help and advise when there are issues. I love this store.
I went there for some info on salt-water tank maintenance. Although they are mainly on freshwater fish and products, the shop owner Keith was so helpful and knowledgeable, providing the service outside of working hours. I strongly recommend this place as they know their stuff inside out, they care about different types of fish, and most importantly they care about people - their customers! Thank you for all your help
Absolutely outstanding knowledge and support from the staff, as a newcomer to owning a fish tank I went in knowing nothing and came out feeling like a marine biologist. The staff go above and beyond ensuring you have the best information and support when venturing into the world of owning fish. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywere else, A+++
Nice place for fish, fish tanks etc. And also custom made fish tanks. I got one from them, it is great. Love it
Went in hoping to purchase a cage and bird accessories, lost a huge sale purely on how rude the worker was. No welcome when entering the store and not interested in sharing any information when I asked questions. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disregarded. Not worth a trip.
1 star is being too generous. The older lady working today was so rude to my young child today. Shame on you!!! I’ve checked all the other reviews claiming you’s are nice and friendly Not true at all.
Bit over priced for most things specially their fish but friendly family owned and run business
This is a sensational aquarium. Great advice that comes with your purchase.
Quite possibly the best Aquarium shop I've ever been to. The staff knowledge is amazing, and they don't up sell. They ask what you have and what you want and suggest accordingly. Simply put - don't go anywhere else. Their fish are clean and healthy and free of disease, and the advice and knowledge is amazing. All the staff actually love thier jobs and it shows. Worst thing you can do -------> is not go and see this amazing shop!!!!!
Really busy shop so allow plenty of time. Great helpful staff. Emily is fantastic. They spend whatever time you need to mange sure your aquarium is in good shape. Waiting just gives you time to look at all their set ups and get ideas. I don't think more staff is the answer as no point having people who don't know as much. Just be patient and enjoy the expertise and experience.
