Had an awesome experience throughout From initial customer service through to end result of having a shattered patio window replaced. I was stressed when I called as my gardener had a rock fly up and shatter my patio window, another local company told me I had to wait 2 weeks for glass Called pakenham glass as was greeted by a warm and friendly lady who gave me a quote and said they could come out at 8.30am the next day, or if they could arrange it they will do their best to come out same day. I got a call back saying they could come out later that afternoon and they guys who turned up were very friendly and professional. And all was sorted the same day. Highly recommend Pakenham Glass and will certainly re-use them for any future glass needs Thank you all so much
