Not happy with these people ... they send unsolicited advertising by mobile text, with absolutely no opportunity to unsubscribe. To make matters worse they don't answer their phone to be told to stop sending SMS advertising!

Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely profiteers. They quoted me $1100 for a part that I later found out had a recommended retail price of $725

Absolutely fantastic.  Our heating system had stopped working. It was 10 degrees! Deborah arranged for a technician to attend our property on the same day.  Dave arrived promptly and was polite and professional.  Had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. 
The call out fee was very reasonable too.  I'd be happy to recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.  Thanks again.  A+++

Stars. The worst. Smeared silicone all over my roof, the installation looked it had been done by a weekend handyman who bought some pipe from Bunnings. Cracked my tiles when installing heater vents & tried to repair them with silicone. They left dirty marks on my ceilings & walls. After many emails & refusing to pay, I finally got the owner out to actually get the installation done properly & even then, 12 months later the pipe has disconnected from the unit. Never received the certificate of compliance which was promised. Absolutely do not use these clowns - you will regret it.
