I sent 80 kg of self-packed parcels through Pack & Send Caulfield when moving from Melbourne to Helsinki. The prices were competitive, and Peter was very helpful in answering all my queries swiftly and informatively. The consignment was sent through DHL the same day it was picked up from my place, and was delivered intact to my apartment after some DHL-mediated online paperwork with the notoriously meticulous Finnish Customs (the packaging list templates provided by Peter proved very useful in this process, as probably did the lithium battery warning tags that had been added by Pack & Send - the parcels had not been opened by the customs). I warmly recommend Pack & Send to anyone moving overseas!

Highly recommended -super helpful and great customer service!

I was nervous about shipping my fragile paintings from Australia all the way to Denmark but Peter from Pack & Send Caulfield made me worry less with his honest and reliable customer service. He told me about the bumpy journey but suggested I could let them wrap up the paintings in a solid box. The box got a few bumps on the way but the paintings arrived in perfect condition thanks to the professional wrapping.
 
I truly appreciate your help, and thank you for checking up on me too making sure everything went well. If I ever need to ship anything in the future I'll definitely choose Pack & Send Caulfield.

I would like to thank Peter Chiera for being an absolute hero in my world. I was desperate to receive goods from his area and he  handled my query well. With respect and a lovely sense of humour. He checked that I could get an overnight delivery up here in Alice Springs as usually overnight means the messenger with a cleft stick is walking..... I was blown away by his helpful attitude. My stuff arrived today  (overnight from collection) and it was most welcome. I will definitely use his branch and other Pack and Send depots for my business and personal us. Thanks Peter, you saved the day.

Brilliant service Peter. So efficient and safe it was the best solution to getting my additional luggage back from Europe at a much more affordable price than Emirates wanted, which would have almost equaled the cost of a new ticket. I loved the convenience of Pack and Send and friendly professional attitude that comes with it.  Thank you again.
