I scheduled for this company to move my family on grand final day. We booked it 2 weeks before the move and confirmed that they knew it was the grand final, we were told they would call us 20minutes before they got there on the day. They never called and turned their mobile phone off. We were left to hire a truck last minute and do the move by ourselves which cost a fortune. Do not use this company, don’t be left in the situation we were. Very unreliable and not fun on what is already a stressful day. I would leave no stars but google won’t let me do it.
