Have recently sent 3 boxes from Melbourne to Delhi via air freight. This company provided me with best freight rates and each and every step was clearly explained to me by Rasad Merchant. He is quick arrange a call back or reply to e-mails. Boxes were picked on Friday (as requested by myself) and reached Delhi on Monday morning. Got a call from DHL India to meet them at their office following day to arrange Customs Clearance. Customs Clearance in Delhi took approx 2 hrs without too much hassle as DHL guy was with me all the time to take care of the process. Total expense for Clearance including DHL fees - INR 2500 approx Did not pay any duty as boxes had only Personal Clothes and Shoes. Overall a very good experience and I am really happy with the services. Will be recommending this company to everyone and this company will be my first preference if I am sending more stuff in future. Thanks for making it a hassle free process.
