Great 4 star serviced appartments for Xmas. They needed to be better well cleaned though. Loved that dogs are aloud but found a huge clump of dog hair from a golden in the room.
We booked a double room. One room had a double bed tv and air-conditioning and one however did not. The room was a hot box overnight on one of the only hot nights Canberra gets probably. We did have access to a balcony, however the fly wire screen had fallen off and not been replaced so opening the door overnight for a cool breeze was not an option unless we wanted to be eaten alive by bugs. Staff were rude when our key cards wouldn't work and even ruder when we complained about the fly screen door.
Overall the spacious apartment was well set out in a good location close to the cbd. However I'll have to heavily mark this place down as it is undergoing renovations and no discounts were given. Also my other peev is that we were charged an extra fee to use the carpark even though that to was a construction site with a large portion of the bays taped off. The lifts were slow and made lots of strange clanking sounds, not very reassuring. On the positive side it was d9g friendly and the staff were nice, beds very comfortable. Hopefully if I come back again its not a construction site and I can see this place in its full glory. Walkability: Easy access to the trams and other amenities just around the corner
We visited this place on a weekday with a family of 4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. We booked 2 bedroom 2 bathroom high rise apartment which is one of the expensive suites at Pacific. Overall we were extremely disappointed with our stay due to following reasons. 1. Kitchen cutlery unwashed and sitting in cupboard in very dirty state. Had to call reception and wait for half hour to replace the basic pot. 2. Kitchen sink drainage not working 3. Linen and quilt not washed After paying so much, basic hygiene requirements were not met and no apologies offered while giving the feedback at the reception. Would not be happy to visit this location place again.
A very nice room with a great view the cleaner a super friendly and kind the pool area is fairly small but still very nice. thanks to the staff and a beautiful stay - Rhiano Walkability: Shops a walking distance
Location is as good as any hotel around there. That's where the good stuff ends. Roomsand balcony area filthy, air con leaking , carpets soaked , and obvious it wasn't recent. Best news only staying one night.Rooms: 1/5
Very spacious and luxurious apartment. Within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Pool a must. Warm even in cold weather. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended as a stopover. Dr GV and Lil Price. South AfricaRooms: 5/5
Not clean, dead flies in all light fixtures in all rooms. Terrible staff at front desk - Had a medical emergency during checkout, staff were unhelpful. Would give 0 stars. Avoid.Rooms: 1/5
Absolutely filthy 2 bedroom apartment. The floors are revolting, the bathrooms are worse. This place is 100% not cleaned. Very run down and worn out.Rooms: 1/5
Had an amazing stay here, staff was super accomodating, room was huge, pool was amazing, heaps of parking and location blew expectations. Had an all round amazing time can’t wait to come back Rooms: 5/5
