Outstanding customer service from staff members. They also had so many sales, money worth spent on big brand items.
It's a bit hard to rate the service when you get literally none. I walked around the store for 5-10 mins last night, my fiancé and I were the only ones in the store. There was 3 staff members on, not one of them even said hello, they're more interested in gossiping between themselves. Lost a few $ worth of sales, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
If I could give the store a zero rating I would. The customer service is non existent in this store. I felt like such an inconvenience whilst I shopping here as they three staff members there had zero interest in assisting me. Such a shame as I would certainly have bought more than just the few items I did if I had more comfortable. No excuse as I was one of the few customers in the store at the time . Customer service training desperately needed in this store. Would recommend people to just shop online and avoid this particular store .
Meh... Typical surf style retail outlet with all the everyday brand names.
Was approached and welcomed promptly and warmly. Attendant was generous with her time in letting me try on different sunglasses. I didn’t find what I was after this time but I will be back. Thank you
It's alright but I wish the female staff would leave you to browse in peace. They forgot one of my articles of clothing because of all their fluffing around.
Great shoe sales. Hubby only where's Globe or DC. Ozmosis is a good place for these brands, different selection in styles.
Service really lets them down. Customers certainly don’t seem to be a priority which is shame as they miss out on sales
