Don't bother ordering if you want your stuff within a month and absolutely no replies to emails. l spent $75 and my order has said it's shipped on the website yet my last 5 orders have never even been sent a tracking number including this order. Also getting terrible with the product quality and service is very average. Not happy at all now I'm down $75 for something I ordered on the 3rd of April and its nowhere to be seen with no tracking link. Worst part is I did express shipping too. Not happy at all! Also had two parcels get from queensland to Vic and I'd placed the orders the week before they arrived yet they still managed to get here during this covid-19 so no excusescan be used. Will not be shopping with cotton on ever again.

Staff didn't really want to help too much. I wasn't greeted like anyone else. I had to go and seek assistance and even when I did she sighed and shook off my request. Didn't seem to happen to anyone else.... hopefully it was just a bad day
I hate to say anything bad but I went into the shop and brought a top for$5.00it was on special one of the staff told me that the top was $10.00 I said it was on the$5.00 rack she stormed over to see if I was Wright she was not very nice at all I asked her if I had upset her and she snapped at me ...SO I told her I hope your day gets better..I spoke to the manager the next day and she was very polite and apologise to me ....I will go back because they are very lovely girls in there :- :- :-
Bought $70 worth of items got to check out while she put my purchase through i looked at the items on desk noticed a item for $5 with any purchase asked if i could purchase this i had it in cash and she said no because she had just put it through disappointed i was told 2 buy something else first even though i just spent $70
