Love Boost. All Berry Bang tastes amazing! Usually a fortnightly treat. Only down fall is that it's in the plaza with a very small food court and gets packed, so it's not uncommon to be rubbing shoulders with strangers.Food: 5/5
I was not there but to the Boost worker in Taralgon shopping centre who replaced the boost juice my daughter dropped I wanted to say thank you, really made her day and aside from that I have had nothing but quick and quality service met with a smile. Hope this review gets seen by the team there and keep up the great work.
Boost Juice is a nice place in town to order healthy juices and smoothies. While sometimes I find myself waiting around for staff to serve me at the counter, the service is usually quite fast, especially considering they have to make the juice. If you come to Boost Juice, I would recommend you try the Berry Crush if you like berries.
From Tracey Lee, waited for awhile without my grandchildren, and then asked if anyone was serving, because I could see the staff wiping the bench in the back. And was told I would have to wait until they were ready. No way! I just walked away and went elsewhere. What ever happened to good manners and a smile, I will definitely not be going back there and I will never go back to the Traralgon store again. Very very poor.
Went to boost Traralgon and waited ages to order. Then when we ordered we waited and watched people who where obviously there friends order after us and then get there drinks before us. They where so busy talking to their friends and basically forgot our drinks. The worst service I have ever experienced at a boost juice. They need knew staff
I'll never go back simply because of the poor customer service. The girls don't look at you, don't use manners, say thank you or anything. While waiting for our juices they had a conversation about how they were going partying that weekend and talking about drugs. Didn't see a smile in the ten minutes we were waiting there and when the juice was ready she just said "here" and slapped in down on the counter.
Waited 5 mins to be served because the girl out the back was just talking and sitting on the bench drinking her juice, while we waited for our drink one of the blenders wasn't working and a male team member said "f..k" loud enough that I heard it over the other blender with a line of customers including children, Also my watermelon crush didn't have much watermelon flavour. Disappointing.
My cousin works here and he is a great at remembering to do everyone’s orders and is really a good person! 5 stars all round! The one with the mullet is the best! Really quick and drink is always good, blended well!
A lady that works there is really rude, blonde hair,nose piercing and never wears her mask and wipes her nose with her hand during service. She got my order wrong and didn't believe me, unraveled the receipt no apology just made my juice WRONG AGAIN and slammed it on the bench. If she is there I don't order a juice.
Favourite juice bar in general. Great options across the menu that are really delicious. Love the Tropical Crush, so much that 9 times out of 10 I'll stop to grab one when passing by. Always appears clean and organised. Quick to be served, friendly staff, fresh produce and reasonable prices.
