Our experiences with Oz Removalists was an absolute delight. From beginning to end, their  staff was thorough and a complete delight to work with.From packing to unpacking, their service was exceptional.They made whole procedure of relocation stress free for us. We highly recommend Oz Removalists.

Our experience with Oz Removalists was terrible. From the moment, the two men showed up with hardly any equipment we were concerned. They then proceeded to take one box at a time down to the truck-picking up the smallest ones and leaving my husband to carry the larger ones. Then came the fridge. Admittedly it was a little awkward to manoeuvre down a flight of stairs, but any experienced and professional removalist should be able to figure it out. The removalists spent 10minutes or so talking to each other before telling my husband that they were going to take everything out of the truck and go and return in 30 minutes with another man who would have more experience?! So there we were with our boxes dumped out on the street and waiting for them to return. I called the owner/manager Jass? who finally answered, and he told me that he was unaware of what was going on and would call me back. This didn’t happen within an hour of them leaving so I contacted another company who thankfully were available... and experienced! I’m not sure whether the guys were intending to come back or not but either way an apology for wasting our time would have been nice. Turns out the removalists we went with in the end had no problem getting the fridge and modular couch down the stairs and were confident and professional in their approach. They also told us that they had heard of Oz Removalists and their bad reputation and were pretty sure they’d picked up a couple more of their jobs. 

Pay a bit extra and get professional and experienced Removalists!

I hired OZ Removalists, We move furniture from Werribee to Geelong. On the day of moving, they were reached my house on time and pack whole things in storage container. I have a lot of very heavy stuff but they did an amazing job of loading it and getting it all in the container. The whole process of moving should be very fantastic. They were very helpful and followed me up to the boys and the truck. They also help to make the experience much less painful so that I will appreciate them. Highly Recoomended...!!!
