The worst job ever... VIP - what a joke!! They did not come on the day we booked them, and they did not let us know about the delay. We took a day off work and they stuffed us around. When they finally came they damaged our furniture including chips on some of our wooden pieces and a dint in our new fridge... our boxes were left out in the rain... after all this we were offered a $20 discount.. this company is a DISGRACE.. please save yourself the headaches we had.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay more it's worth it... they tried to charge us over $500!!

This is the second time we have used VIP movers Melbourne they are brilliant! Very efficient and careful with your belongings. Thank you VIP team - you did a fantastic job! Highly recommend to anyone in Brisbane, Melbourne ! We will continue using them in the future :)

We had the wonderful team of Vip Movers help up move on the Northern Beaches. They were thoroughly professional, warm & friendly, very careful & hard working. We couldn’t have asked for better service- they were just the best!! Our stressful day was made so much more pleasant- thank you!
