Excellent staff who went above and beyond to help, a massive shout out to Spencer for their excellent customer service. Also such a fun and unique escape room my friend and I did the Vanished Carnival with a fun background story. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
We did the carnival escape room. Room was creepy and not like any I'd done before, yet one of the puzzles was faulty, we asked for a hint to realise it wasn't our problem, but the games problem. Would've progressed way faster had that not happened. Overall fun and mildly challenging.
Great fun! A slight technical glitch prevented us from proceeding further, but the staff were more than accomodating and allowed us some extra time due to the error. Was a great first escape room experience, and I'll definitely be back for more!
Interesting and challenging game to play here. Nice and friendly environment. Props need to be updated as getting old.
Its such a fun and scary experience! A challenge for someone like me who's afraid of the dark. Definitely coming back for more !! Thank you, kiki!! For being so nice and friendly !!
