I just wanted to say that I had Dr Jodie look after me today and she was nothing but kind, informative and caring, she is very knowledgeable in her field and she was able to diagnose and give me a treatment for some eye pain I've been having for almost a year now that no one else could help me with. The rest of the team including reception were also exceptional, I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you all so much
Dr Jodie and her team are lovely. I felt well looked after under her care. I was referred to her by my specialist I see in Brisbane and it’s nice to know there is someone as good as her who is local that I can see when I need to. Thank you again!
Be careful. Jodie Marshall is abrupt and disconnected in her manner of speaking with clients. She will not allow you to ask questions and will unprofessionally and unethically accuse you of "not listening" if you do try to ask questions. What I experienced from her was disrespectful and an unethical attempt to quiet the asking of questions by attempting to shame through words such as "you seem to be quite combative". I guess if she can make comments about myself, then I am at liberty to make comments about her - "she seems to be quite robotic and also quite money hungry by offering such a poorly conducted service in a slick, quick fashion". I will be making a complaint to the Australian Medical Association.
Dr Marshall is a well known and experienced eye specialist. If you are seeing Dr Marshall you can be comfortable knowing that you are in good hands.
