I have the utmost respect for Doctor.L.K.M. Tan & Dr Diane Menuskin and their staff, they all have shown such professional courtesy, and compassion  over the past twenty five plus years my family has been with them, was sadden to see Dr Di leave 2017, as she was so family orientated, just a smile or a wave when ever she out and about town.  But she left us in great hands with Dr M Tan, who we have come to admire and respect.

Dr Von Dijk ripped me off hundreds of dollars and did not want to acknowledge the medical protocols. It's a very self centred clinic with no time to talk to patients about any of the products they recommend or prescribe.. lots of illegal activities, doesn't surprise me that their liscense got revoked.. one of the most expensive clinics anyway, so nothing sad if they loose their business. If you are sick or need medical cannabis go somewhere else,  bikies have a more medical approach to those clowns and more professionalism.. dodgy clinic, arroguant staff and they do not respect the medical legislation

This is how a doctors surgery is suppose to feel… personal… you might not like hearing or having to be truthful about some things but with the doctor at this clinic it’s still a bit hard but atleast you know you won’t be personally judged and that the doctor knows what he is doing. Reception were amazing. Ten out of ten would definitely go back! Thanks again guys I  hope this review does you some good. DONT JUDGE THEM BY HOW FAST THEY ARE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! They were Even open threw this lock down which has been so helpful!

Excellence in his field. Very educated and informed of the medicinals he prescribed. Dr Van Dyk has helped me greatly with anxiety and sleeping patterns. Highly recommended.

Dr Dan was excellent, so was the reception. 10/10!  I HAD been going to CBBS for many years and went over seas. On return I found all their old docs CBBS had left and they seemed to have lost 'care' for good doctors.  After seeing Dr Dan here instead, and finding him very easy to get along with I am definitely going to use Central Family Clinic as my regular doctors from now on, as having a decent doctor is extremely important when you are disabled.

Had a really bad experience at this Doctors Surgery. Reception was great but Doctor not so great. Doctor I saw was sitting on the receptionist desk talking, when I was call Doctor said down there will be there in 5. Doctor wanted me to have a CT Scan and asked if I had a phone. I said yes I do, he said we will use your phone to make the booking, Doctor had a phone sitting on his desk. Won’t be following his instructions as I wonder if he is even qualified. Won’t be going back. Very disappointed in this Doctors attitude and service.

Very professional medical centre, We have been using their services since 2016 without any issue. Caring staff and doctors with the well designed practice site.

My family have been patients of Caloundra Central Family Clinic for the last 30 years........they have always been compassionate and understanding. A very big thank you to Dr Tan and his wonderful staff.
