Took our coffee machine to have a leaking group head collar replaced.  I was told that it would take 5 - 10 days to get a quote and that the quote would cost $65. On the 11th day I called up to find out what's going on. I was told that they did try to contact me but that it rang out. Obviously they only tried to call me once. Why didn't they send me an SMS like so many other businesses? Don't they realise that some people work in noisy environments and that it may take more than one attempt to contact a customer?
Anyway, got the machine back after paying nearly half the originsl value of the machine. Sure the leak was fixed but now the machine could no longer be programmed for shot sizes. After contacting them they suggested I bring the machine back (obviously at my expense and in my time). 
A week later (obviously no hurry there) I go back to pick up the machine again. Apparently they had to reset the software.
At first the machine seemed to be sorted out but now, a couple of weeks later, it is apparent that the machine is never the same as it used to be; shot amounts are varying and the machine's pump is getting louder every day. 
What the heck did they do to it?
I would never recommend them to anybody.

Our item was fixed but the bill was not clear and the reception staff was impatient - admittedly it was just before Christmas, but we will find another repair shop in future

Excellent customer service. Opened up their store on a Christmas closed day just so I could drop in my KitchenAid mixer on a day that suited me.
