"Operator25 opened in 2013 in Wills Street, in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Nestled between Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens, it is the perfect space after a Sunday stroll, or to catch up with loved ones during the weekday.The name, Operator25 takes homage from the building’s history - situated in the first telephone exchange building which operated in the early 1990s. Now, it is home to a contemporary Australian-Asian fusion brunch menu, excellent coffee and an inviting space away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The interior features a Lichtenstein-inspired wall piece for a pop of colour against the light, bright walls and subway-tiled space."

Delicious food and very attentive and friendly staff. Would recommend visiting indeed. My hot chocolate also had the cutest froth art! I forgot to save my picture though :/
Delicious, interesting menu in a really cool building in the city. Great Coffee and lovely service. Too many high tables and chairs though, need to have more regular tables if you're not just catering for young students. We will definitely go back at some point .
Delicious brunch and fast service. We had an hour time slot but it was definitely enough as our food came out very quickly. Recommend the French toast and corn fritters.
One of few places for consistently great coffee and food. Friendly service and comfortable seating allows for a good place to catch up with friends or to enjoy some brunch fare. Highly recommend the chicken burger and seafood-centred dishes.
Great place for coffee, I loved their salmon aburi and teriyaki mushrooms, a bit over priced but worth a try.
