Stay away - Purchased a sewer pump for ~$1500 from OneWater and after 1 year it stopped working. After the inital inspection by a plumber and electrician i was told the pump burnt out. I raised it with Onewater they said its just it happens, its electricity issue and tried to sell me another pump. Sewer Pumps atleast have a life of 6 - 10 years. I had 2 plumbers inspect the pump and they came to the same conclusion pump had burnt out. Customer Service for OneWater was appalling and ignored all attempts of responding to fair trading. My advice is stay away. Dont know where they get their products from and its not definitely not built to last.
