From the moment I contacted them they were nothing but helpful. The range of goods available that enables us to order exactly what we want, as a one stop shop service is great, and attention to detail is what we were looking for. I will definitely recommend them to others looking for customised products to promote their businesses.

It took over a week to have quote sent for a single flag. It then took 2 more weeks to come back (after prompting) with information about their additional artwork fee for provided artwork. This question was raised when that fee was almost 30% on top of the cost of the product. ($75 artwork handling fee, per artwork, per order, 4 flags = 4 * $75), I cant imagine what they would charge if you supplied artwork that needed something actually done to it before printing. After all this, without apology or understanding they had just delayed ordering 3 weeks by not sending a super quick email or phone call, we were advised production would be still be 10-12 days. Very unapologetic, and very much not customer service oriented. You can tell unless you are a regular, or ordering a million dollars worth of product, you don't mean much and you are just an inconvenience. I never felt at all like they wanted my business. They supply decent products, and I wish we could have moved past the issues, but I don't want to order from someone holding that much contempt for their customers. Plenty of other suppliers with quality products, locally made, and half the cost, with no artwork fees if art is supplied. Happy to try again if things change.
