Modern, upmarket restaurant serving uncomplicated, locally sourced NZ and European cuisine.

Story

Situated alongside it’s famous “One Tree Hill” namesake, One Tree Grill restaurant offers a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of inner city dining. Since 1996, we have been a staple part of the Auckland restaurant scene with a strong local and corporate following.

We have a range of dining options for individuals and functions of up to 100 people. We do function bookings really, really, really well.

Besides outstanding, modern NZ cuisine, we are also renowned for our underground cellared wines and thoroughly professional, friendly service.

We also strongly believe that to deliver a complete and sublime dining experience it is about doing the little things very well.

A very nice night out. I normally like my steak done medium rare, but the waitress suggested medium, so I thought I'd give it a try. Steak came out cooked perfectly, so kudos to the staff and kitchen for knowing their business! The lamb belly was delicious. We dined early on a Friday evening and avoided the rush, and received excellent service.

Always a really good place to come to whenever I want to treat myself and the wife to a nice meal. We went for the degustation this time round and was not disappointed at all, although I felt the creation of the fish of the day was not quite there... the brown butter sauce and roasted tomatoes just didn't harmonize with the snapper). The service is always impeccable and the interior atmosphere really makes you feel quite relaxed to enjoy the food. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Auckland.

Lovely restaurant and delicious food! My husband enjoyed the lamb and I had a great red snapper meal, and we both LOVED the roasted potatoes! Hayley, our waitress, was delightful! We highly recommend this restaurant in Epsom.

Great food and you cannot fault the service. An incorrect food item was delivered that wasn't ordered, and the correct item arrived promptly. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Top notch and will be going again.

The waiter was outstanding and he knew the menu inside out. It was my wife’s 60th and the whole package of service, food and wine made it very memorable occasion. Highly recommended.
