If there was a score less than one I would have put that instead. Went in and placed my order, no problems there. When the order was ready, I took it from the counter, but as I was standing there I noticed a lovely piece of fish so I waited. The owner saw me, and didn't look very happy, then she said to me "What do you want now?" I was shocked. But then again she can be very rude. I took my food if you can call it that and went home 2 minutes away I should have gone somewhere else instead, because the fish was disgusting, potato cakes were kept in the warmer and were all soggy and the chips weren't cooked properly. Will never go there again and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
We pit-stopped at One Stop Shop on our way to Inverloch to get some fish and chips to eat at the beach. The owners were a super friendly couple and asked us about our plans for the weekend. We ordered the Couple Meal deal, The Lot burger and a Lamb Souv. The fish batter was nice and crispy. Chips were nicely salted. We also didn’t expect the burger and the souv to be so delicious either. Definitely will be coming back to try the other menu options!
Stopped in at the One Stop Shop by chance while craving a milk shake today. Also grabbed some tasty hot chips and some sweets. Was very impressed with the food and milk shake. Also the prices seemed fair. Staff where relatively friendly. Store was clean and spacious. Pretty good restaurant if your in a hurry
We got fish and chips from here on our way to Kilcunda beach and they were hot and crispy, everything we wanted them to be. The battered scallops were particularly delicious. We came back for some sandwiches the next day and they also hit the spot - my chicken BLT on Turkish bread tasted so fresh toasted. Everything is reasonably priced - nothing too fancy here, just good, down-to-earth food. The couple running this place are also so lovely. Absolutely recommended!
Worst Thickshakes we've had in a long time. Very minimal flavour used & nowhere near enough ice cream for a thick shake. Go to Rob's instead!
Every time I’ve walked into this store I am never left disappointed by the taste and quality of food. The chicken burgers are absolutely delicious!!
I just had the couples pack it was five star, everything was crispy and light. Best fish and chips, l have had in my life and l don't feel blah afterwards like you do with bad fish and chips. keep up the good work. The service was great thankyou One stop shop for a great dinner
