KFC Wonthaggi strikes again - undercooked pale chicken, burger served without any lettuce - this store consistently serves garbage food - store is always filthy, music is played so loud during the evenings you cant sit down there - its been the same for the last 4 years ive lived here !! - updated- i recieved a replacement burger and you cant make this stuff up - check out the second photo- again store was filthy, the extra chips i ordered were undercooked and un seasoned, also had to wait 5 minutes at the front counter before being served after 3 staff walked past me holding buckets of what looked like greasy water - SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE !!

Ok but no potato & gravy at all  EDIT: the lady who served me today I assume is the new store manager. She was very lovely & very helpful. She listened to me & was very thorough in making sure my order was correct. EDIT: 4/3/23 came in today ordered the snack pack from the app. Had a lovely fella at the drive through who was very helpful in making sure there was no supercharged sauce added to the packs. The snack packs are huge & well worth the $6 on the app APP ONLY ITEM

The service most of the time is poor and when you receive your order,you shouldn't have to ask for serviettes and refresher wipes? There should be plenty of those inside the bag........... The management needs to train the young staff a lot better?????

Ordered a meal online, when I arrived, in the app, have to say your here to pick it up and then they start cooking. Otherwise they don't know your order. great staff, prompt : unfortunately our chips were half full, and not fresh or hot and I didn't receive everything I ordered. Disappointing as we know kfc isn't cheap.Food: 4/5

This shop is a joke, none of the workers do their job properly, food is always poor quality and I have NEVER RECIEVED MY CORRECT ORDER! KFC Wonthaggi is famous for how bad they are at EVERYTHING! If I could give 0 stars I would. Chicken is dry and stale, chips are cold with no salt, and the phone is left off the hook so nobody can call them to complain, I ordered a family meal and the entire thing is inedible, absolutely disgusted in the food and the attitude of the staff!

I don’t usually review fast food but the woman with pink hair who was on tonight I’m assuming manager was doing an amazing job during peak.

I try to stay positive about places and look on the bright side, but there is only so many times you can go to the same kfc and have items missing, long waits, below average food I worked at kfc I know what it should taste like I understand there is staff shortages but the quality of the product and service should not drop due to this

All the chips were no where near full and burgers slapped together. To top it off our large popcorn chicken looked more like the pellets they feed chickens on the farm. I've never had popcorn chicken this pathetic.

Signs that restaurant was closing at 8.30. Arrived at 7.50pm to he told half of the menu was unavailable. Despite most things being able to be cooked in 7-8 minutes fresh they instead told customers food simply wasn't available. This included the number of refunds given to people who ordered through the app. No signs in drive thru as cars kept driving through to "do a lap". Service there is now horrendous. Pity this used to be a 5 star KFC, now dirty, unkept with staff who do not care less.

Every time we go , there is always something missing. There always seems to be a long wait, even when there aren't many customers. We don't check when there because people behind us have waited long enough.We call up once home and realise something is missing AGAIN. The call always goes unanswered, and although we leave a name and number, we are never called back. Also was charged 80 cents extra for a frozen drink - $1:50 , when the drink we swapped it for was over $4 in price.
