Very friendly and efficient staff. The wait time before my appointment was long but the service definitely made up for it. Probably the cleanest my teeth have ever looked after a dentist appointment. Felt pretty good after I also got the first compliment from a dentist I've ever received. Usually it's all just 'you need to floss more' and other typical dentist things, but this dentist seemed genuinely impressed. Pray that I can keep that up!
The team at One Smile Knox is amazing! We had an appointment at 8:30pm for my daughter and she was very anxious about pulling one tooth out. The dentist was very patient and assured her that everything will be okay. The team has done a great job and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
Had a great experience with Dr. Jocelyn Liew! Made the whole nerve wrecking experience so comfortable. I felt heard and understood. She explained everything and walked through what she was doing so you knew exactly what was going on. Went in for a chipped, sensitive tooth and came out looking amazing! I think I've found my regular go-to dentist!
My kid has two tooth decays, which normally can be filled by paying them one visit. But we have been asked for unnecessary three repetitive visits and received an unexpected bill for hundreds of dollars. They even charged twice on one filling just because the decay was between two teeth. Suggest anyone who wants to get their teeth checked/ repaired asks them to do the job efficiently to avoid time and money wasted. Ask them to do the job now if you are asked to come back next time to get job done, and confirm the price before they start to do the job.
I would like to thank and recognise Dr Kwong and nurse Sarah at One Smile Knox for the care and professionalism that Dr Kwong performed on my implant surgery. The implant was in a difficult spot and his precision with implant resulted in little pain and swelling after procedure. I have confidence in the remaining procedure moving forward and cannot speak any higher of Dr Kwong. Thank you again, as I soon hope to have more confidence in my smile with a new front tooth.
Poor customer service and receptionists skills in booking the right service and problems solving . No accountability for their mistakes with attitudes that you are a burdensome when speaking to you. It’s a shame bc some of the Dentists are good with their skills and recommendations.
The dentist isn't a favourite place of mine and I'm sure I'm not alone. I've been coming to this clinic for more than two decades and wouldn't go any where else. The staff at very courteous and professional. The dentist's are amazing. They give options and clearly explain treatment programs that are required. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a clinic.
Money-minded business. Instead of fixing something, the dentist just offered me a lot of cost. I really did not expect to get such an offer for more than ten thousands dollars. I went to another dentist and fixed it with a few hundred boxes. I was lucky to not trapped in this dental clinic. I highly recommend you to not wasting your money in this very average clinic. It is more like dealership business rather than a medical business.
Had such a wonderful appointment here today. Reception was lovely, the dentist was great and the dental nurse was really kind and caring towards my child. Would highly recommend!
Dr Kwong and nurse Danni are two amazing people. I have a huge fear of the dentists. They both helped me through a very stressful extraction. I would like to thank them both so much, and would like to thank all of the One Smile team for being so patient and understanding if my fear.
