I highly recommend Dr Jocelyn Liew, who extracted my wisdom tooth within a couple of minutes. I didn't have to pay an exorbitant amount for the procedure, as I was expecting. She was also happy to rely on the X-rays I had taken a few months ago and didn't order unnecessary tests, unlike other dentists who usually order X-rays at every visit. She didn't prescribe unnecessary medicines and followed the least invasive methods possible, which also made my recovery faster. Her experience and efficiency helped me to trust her with my care and recovery. She didn't charge me anything for the follow-up appointment that I insisted on to check my recovery. She is kind, caring and efficient.
I had a tooth that needed to be extracted as i was in alot of pain. I was recommended one smile knox by a friend who spoke highly of them all. I rung the same day and they got me in that day. I was very anxious and nervous about seeing a dentist. I was greeted by Shelby who was nothing but lovely and helpful. Dr Melania Iskandar was my dentist and was so lovely and caring and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. She extracted my tooth and made sure i was ok the whole time. I felt very taken care of. I have definitley found place to come ans have regular checks after being anxious for years.
Staff are friendly and approachable, and sensitive to people with dental anxiety. Extended and flexible hours are great for people whom can't get to an appointment in standard hours.nnCosts are clearly explained prior to any procedures taking place.
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE with Dr.Marianne Chua : I'm so happy with my tooth reconstruction - she made the process so relaxing, smooth and carefree - A very professional and caring process ; felt very cared about - She has such a warm personality and kind heart ! The explanations are clear and i love the way her persoanality makes me feel when understanding procedures. 0 anxiety with this dentist : Very Impressed : Its a great feeling having a dentist you can trust !
Had a great teeth whitening experience with Dr Marianne Chua. It had been a long time since I’ve had the procedure done, and she took care to clearly explain the process, answer any questions I had and was constantly checking in to make sure I was feeling comfortable during the procedure. The whole experience went smoothly and Dr Chua and her assistant Alira were really lovely and professional. Really happy with my results.
