I'm a nervous patient and have always found the staff and Dentists at Knox Terrace Dental sympathetic and helpful. They've also helped improve the look of my teeth and I would definitely recommend them.

Childhood dentist which Iv always loved going too with no issues. On my last visit their eftpos machine went down & it took them more then 6wks to notify me that my payment hadn't gone through. Although on my side, I could see the payment had worked, they refused to help me & instead thought it was better to send the debt collectors my way. If this is how they treat a loyal customer, I'd hate to think what new customers would experience. I will never go back!

Hidden costs!! They sneak in extra work without discussing it with you, then expect you to pay for it when you didn’t ask/need/want it!! Beware...

I had a typical 'fear' of dentists, did not go unless forced to by circumstances.
Very woosy for an adult, that is for sure.
However, for the last 15 years since first attending Knox Terrace Dental I go regularly with full confidence that work will be done only if & as required, pretty well painlessly and always to my satisfaction. Great atmosphere at the practice.

Great dentist, pain free fillings. However some unexpected costs when going to pay. 
Oral exam $52 when I was told to open and close my jaw... Not really sure it's worth that much.
