Just finished orthodontic treatment with Dr Baker for both of my children and we are so pleased with the results. The staff at Knox City Orthodontics are friendly and accomodating, answering all my questions with patience. Dr Baker is gentle and made the process as painless as possible. He also came to the rescue when dog ate retainer (twice), making sure that the replacement came quickly. My son often forgot his appointment and the staff kindly found a slot to fit him in. Generally there was no waiting around and we were seen on time - great for busy mums squeezing in appointments during the school day. I have referred many of my friends to Dr Baker - I'm sure they will be as happy with the results as my kids are!

Fantastic result and service - I couldn't be happier with my experience at Knox city orthodontics! The process was as quick and pain free as possible, and I am ecstatic with the way my teeth turned out. The staff were all extremely kind and caring, gave good advice and were very professional. Highly recommended.

Just finished my last appointment and am so pleased and happy with the results. What an amazing experience that would not have been possible without the fabulous staff and of course Bruce and Michelle. Highly recommend Knox Orthodontics, it’s such a lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional place!!

The staff here were incredibly friendly and I am very happy with the the results from my braces! Dr Baker is very experienced and approachable. He made sure to explain the process every step of the way.

Horrible! Never go here for braces! Temperamental staff and such a waste of money, I am not happy with the treatments and changed halfway, I suggest you do too. Michelle Baker is only friendly when she wants your money once you have signed up they treat you rudely, especially her with a serious superiority complex, she won't smile at you even if you are being nice to her and acts snobby every visit! I'm glad I found a better doctor now who will actually care about what my smile looks like.Your teeth are so important and if you invest, invest well!!
