One Life Health Group - you only have one life, make the most of it! Whether it be a niggle affecting your golf swing or recovery from surgery, Nathan has a passion for helping people overcome any barrier to achieving optimal quality of life. Life is too short and has too much to offer! Don't put it off!

As well as his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree, Nathan's extensive background in exercise rehabilitation puts you in good hands to receive the best rehab, prehab or maintenance therapy for your individual needs. He has great confidence in the body's ability to recover and knows the benefit of hands on treatment with sound advice to assist and accelerate this recovery.

In time, One Life Health Group aims to consist of multiple disciplines with a view to provide the best interdisciplinary treatment Ballarat has to offer.

Current services include - the usual physiotherapy stuff.....PLUS - rehabilitation, prehabilitation, bio-mechanical running analysis, dry needling, and more.

First time seeing a physio in my life - Nathan was amazing. Took the time to listen to my problems and didn't laugh at my lack of daily movement. Gave me some great advice and set me up on an app that reminds me to do my stretches. Highly recommend OLHG - and the needling made me feel instant relief. Keep up the great work!
I felt I had the best fit with Nathan in regards to my ambition to run a 10k. His approach is a holistic approach rather than treat one ailment and send you on your way as I have experienced with other practitioners.
One life health group is a really nice and happy place. All the practitioners are really good at what they do and will help you out with anything! The receptionists are also really nice and helpful! Definitely recommend!
A friend of mine had an appointment pre-booked for last Saturday. It was the long weekend but as he didn't hear anything from them prior to his appointment he arrived at the pre-booked time, only to find the door locked and a sign saying closed for the long weekend. Not good business!
All the staff are fabulous including reception and happy to recommend to each other . Shane is my go to Physio and couldn't praise him any higher.
Honestly one of my favourite appointments to go to are the ones at one life health. Everyone there is so caring and nice, they make you feel so comfortable, remember you by name and really just make the effort to make you feel cared for. I Wish I could go to them as GP’s as well because they all care more than any other doctor I’ve seen! Kate and the other office staff are so lovely and Leah is my favourite person to see for anything she is the most lovely and caring doctor I’ve ever seen. I always feel great leaving there. Highly recommend!!
