I have had great success with treatment of an ongoing injury through Matt and the team. From the very first session, we explored what I had previously believed to be an unrelated past injury with great success and set about building strength through a simple rehab program. I have finally been able to completely put my injury troubles behind me, leading to a successful return to running and exercise in general. I couldn't speak more highly of the innovative practices, friendly and helpful staff and the way in which I have been genuinely cared for by the MCPhysio team.
I have going to the practice for a number of years now to see Matt and another couple of team members and have never been disappointed. They have helped me get through 2 major injuries and are always bright, smiling and ready to help out. Could not recommend them highly enough
Can't say any bad words about Matt, Janelle, Jarrod, Bronwyn and the rest of the team. After a really bad incident, and going through life in general, these wonderful people have helped me through so that I can move again. Now I'm back at the gym, playing sport and have now started taking my boys to see them too. Jarrod is awesome, always happy to help with a smile. Bronwyn is great and really knows her stuff. Matt is always happy and its just a great friendly and positive experience. It's just a pity I can only give them 5 out of 5 stars for a 10 out of 10 service.
Absolute awesome physio. Couldn't be happier with the standards they present and the work they Matt have done to me to recover from my injuries over the last few years and ongoing injuries. Recommend them to anyone!!!

I've been going here for about 19 years. This year have I've had so many issue with my appointments that I've had enough. I always book afternoon appointments because it worked out of town during the mornings, and one of my appointments was booked in at 10am in the morning. They called to confirm if I was coming. I can not make morning appointments. Why was it booked for the morning. But it was totally fine because they could just reschedule it for another 6 weeks time. The next issue I had was an appointment I had made fell on the same date as a surgery I had to have. I called to reschedule, and got a replay, your appointment I now cancelled, then they hung up before I could say another word. So I didn't end up rescheduling that appointment. Now finally, and I give up on this place now. I call to book an appointment. They confirmed the day and time over the phone awesome. I got the reminder text, but left it unread so it stayed there in my notifications to remind me. Went to my appointment the next day, and apparently I was late. They told me to check the text message, and they were right, I was 7 minutes late. The time in the message and the time I was told over the phone and had written down were different. I guess that one was my own fault for assuming the person I spoke to, and who made my appointment would give me accurate information. Anyway, the receptionist told me I would have to leave, because they couldn't allow me to have the practice to run late. They didn't ask to rebook my appointment or anything, just told me to leave. I wouldn't be allowed to have my appointment. Then they started sending me letters/invoices to pay a fee for not showing up to my appointment. I'm so glad I spent 19 years talking up this business to friends and family, just to be treated so poorly, all within such a short time frame. I will not be back.
Staff is friendly and the physiotherapist Bronwyn Buby is great. She came to the point and picked up all related spots. My hips have got significantly improved range of motion ever since the the therapy.
