The receptionist is lovely, I think her name is Debbie, but the doctor was the worst I've ever seen and that's saying something. The horrible wreck of a visit actually ended with him apologising to me for the way he'd spoken and treated us. What was worse was the rough treatment he gave my 5yo. Oh. And the wrong diagnosis. There's that too. Lucky we went to emergency straight after and got a real doctor presumably with actual qualifications who calmly and kindly attended my boy and sent us away treated and reassured. Do not go here unless you are desperate or just need a medical certificate.

I am no longer allowed to attend the dental clinic due to to many cancellations... Why have a cancellation policy if you do not abide by it. I was told on the phone if i cancel the day before the appointment then there will be no fee and i can make another one if need be... It is hard to stick to an appointment with children and full time work.. Apparently I had four cancellations but yet rescheduling 2 appointments is not cancelling. And yes I missed one appointment and called to apologies because my son was getting his tonsils out and made another two appoints both i attended. YOUR STAFF ARE RUDE AND PUSHY AND THE PLACE IS FILTHY.

In and out of the consulting room in under 1minute. No clinical questioning, didn't even look at my face. I may as well have been inanimate... a quick buck for Eureka. Great place if you simply want a certificate peddler.

Incredibly frustrating place to visit when unwell, services that are co-located do not communicate with reception or clients and pandemonium ensues. Super long wait times of usually an hour and half, and more. Almost everytime we visit there is confusion and a mistake made by staff here. GPs appear to very quick with the pen, seemingly preferring not to conduct thourough examinations. There’s no way a Public Health Service could get away with these types of practices. No convinience here, you’re health is more important, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
