We recently purchased a house in Burnie. Mel has been a great support and very helpful throughout the process. Matt and their team is wonderful. We highly recommend One Agency Burnie

Buying a property in Somerset with Mel was excellent! The purchase made it easy with her great communication. This was very important for me as I have had trouble getting other agents to reply back with properties during the hot property market. This was also my first time purchasing a property without on site inspection. Mel's communication provided me with a peace of mind and satisfaction in completing the purchase without the need to travel to Somerset.

Quick and easy I had my property for sale with another agent for well over 6 months without any offers. I removed the property from sale for about a month then reviewed all agents in Burnie online and saw that Matt had received some great reviews. I was a little skeptical of "on line reviews" but thought i would give him a go.  I found Matt to be very knowledgeable on the local market and we agreed on a sale price. Within 4 weeks we had an offer which was well below asking. Matt negotiated hard with the buyer and we both came to a price i was happy with. A deal was done and the property has now settled. I was more than happy with Matt and One agency.
