As a buyer Flex went over and beyond to suit my needs for doing business after hours when it best suited me minimising any time off in my work hours,  Very Honest, reliable, and straight to the point minimising any waste of time.  These guys also put me in touch with some really good financial advisers that got me a far better deal than any banks were offering at this time,  I would definitely recommend purchasing through flex due to an easy pain free purchase what felt all too easy, These guys helped make my dreams come true, If this was my experience buying through these guys I’d definitely want them to sell my property as I’d expect nothing but the same great easy process for myself and the new potential owners  Well done to the team at flex.

I also have made 3 enquiries re a property on the west coast. As I am a cash buyer and stated this, I received no follow-up at all!!! It was a new listing and I would hope the offer made was above what I would have offered......if I had the chance! If he was working for the buyer he should have asked for offers by a certain date. I have bought and sold quite a few houses so I know when the real estate agent is doing his job. This one clearly wasn't.

I am disappointed in this reality.They don't contact you unless you chase them.And get hardly any info.Not dealing with them again as I have previously dealt with them to no satisfaction

Dealt with Justin and the team in buying my first investment property in Burnie. Very happy with the property and way they handled the whole process  Also I sold my block of the land through Flex Realty. They kept me to update with all the potential buyers, the advertising and marketing, all way through until it sold. Job well done. Thanks Justin and team

Expericing issues ATM hope they can be rectified,still waiting since April,I haven't lost Faith as yet, still confident that the money sent to the wrong person by mistake.hopefully the old owners will pay the rent that is rightfully owed to us. Hopefully this will be settled asap,just a waiting game. If it will be another two more months,then other action will have to be taken.  We're confident it will be resolved before then....we know you guys are trying as well.

Just responding in regards to the comment that is below.  Firstly, the property that was sold was false advertising as you did not mention a word about smashed windows, leaking in bathroom, the roof not stable and not even a set of keys to this property. You sold this property saying it was all in good condition with low maintenance.  This property was far from low maintenance! The reason you paid $250 out of your own pocket was because of smashed windows and no vacate report which was promised to the new owners, so I think you should give the correct information before twisting your words.  Secondly,  they have been waiting nearly 3 months for the rent that was promised in the written contract that you have mistakenly gave to the previous owner, not the new owner. This is your mistake to fix as you are the one that sold this property and made these mistakes.  Thirdly,  we have tried to wait and be as kind as possible towards you and your staff, but the highly un professional relestate that is supposed to be honest and trust worthy with the people that purchase properties, but it is far from professional!!  Enough is enough,  we have waited to long and have have been told to many lies! This will be taken further, we are not waiting any longer! The truth will be let out, you can not keep us quiet.
