It was hands down the easiest and fastest rental process I have gone through. From the start, Brodie was amazing, adding in a personal touch and putting in the effort to show around the rental property. Communication was brilliant. I have never been kept in the loop about my application process from any rental agent as much as Brodie did. It was the first time that I didn’t have to call asking for an update because Brodie made sure everything was communicated to me promptly. It was such a pleasant experience and  I am glad that I came across Brodie. Thank you Brodie for all the hard work and late hours you put in to securing me this rental.

By far the worst real estate I've ever had the misfortune of renting through. Every time I call them about an issue they just completely lie to me about doing anything about the leak I've had in my roof for over a year. A maintenance request was submitted for the leak in 2021 & its almost 2023. I have been forced to contact the Tenants Union to resolve this. Avoid Hampton Peters & rent/buy with a reliable real estate agency. I wish I could give negative stars.  Edit for the reply. Brodie has said "however you have refused more than once to allow the tradesman to use the products they wish to use for repair due to your own personal reasons that I will not mention in this reply." I never refused the use of product I simply requested to know what they intended to use as I have parrots which have sensitive respiratory systems. Not to mention my shower ceiling was painted which I was more then happy for the painter to use as the painter provided information on what paint he was intending to use, which allowed me to find out if it would effect my parrots.  As for what Brodie said at the end "I welcome your call tomorrow to again discuss the restoration of the wall." I've been calling for months & months & my roof is still leaking. This will likely never be fixed

We have sold two houses through hampton peters and had them manage one of our rentals. It can be a nerve wracking experience selling a home as so much is often riding on it. Bec was very supportive, fought for us to get the best price possible and was always transparent and honest. She was always able and willing to answer questions and put us at ease.  I would absolutely recommend them and I am sure I will get them to help me next time I sell a house.

Selling our home through Hampton Peters Real Estate in mid 2021 was the best decision we could have made and the reason we chose them was so simple because when we initially bought the home in 2012, Peter Bull was the agent and we knew then we'd met the right agent choice. Fast forward and Peter is now a director of Hampton Peters. 'Integrity' is his middle name and it is an attribute displayed by the entire Hampton Peters team, making the entire selling process stress free and seamless. We have since relocated interstate, but if we did decide to return to Northern Tasmania in the future, there is no other agency we would chose to deal with. Thank you so much everyone at Hampton Peters.

Brodie and the whole experience in finding a rental with Hampton Peters has been amazing. The amount of communication is astounding, you simply will not find a realtor as warm, friendly and professional anywhere else. He is hard-working and dedicated to ensuring the property is safe, clean and ready for tenants to move in in a timely and efficient manner without cutting corners.

It was an absolute delight working with Brodie to secure a rental property at Hampton Peters. With regular communication and a cheery personality, Brodie made sure we knew what was happening and where we were with our application during the whole process. He made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Cannot recommend Brodie enough!
