Come for the coffee, stay for the food. Ona has consistently produced some of the best coffee in Canberra for a number of years now, and whenever we are in town we make sure to grab a cup. This time we were able to stay for breakfast and it was excellent. The portions were big, everything had a gluten free option, but the price was on the expensive side. Would definitely like to explore more of the menu next time we drop in. Dietary restrictions: Many Gluten Free Options
This was my first time visiting ONA, and it was wonderful. The style and atmosphere is excellent, the Cafe was clean and well presented. The staff were well dressed, friendly and helpful. Coffee and food was prepared far quicker than I had expected with our meals in front of us in less than 10 minutes. We had the "Maple" coffee, which is the new name of the old "Hitman" blend, and it was delicious. So nice in fact, I had 2. I will definately visit again, next time I'm in Fyshwick.
Possibly the best coffee and most consistent coffee I've had in a while. Came here a few times while on a work trip after it was recommended by a colleague. Thoroughly impressed with the food and coffee and the waiter was on point, although not personable. Highly recommended to everyone.Food: 5/5
Coffee is not any better than other places that use “Ona” beans, however prices are much higher > $15 for a large and a medium coffee on Saturday. Last time we dined in here, I saw tea towels that were used to wipe the cutlery, they looked disgusting. the meals were okay, milkshakes - wouldn’t recommend. However, I wouldn’t return here
My son and I enjoyed a lunch break at this café during the ONA ‘multi level barista course’ which I can highly recommend!. It is quite a large café with both indoor and outdoor seating. The day we were there we found the staff very pleasant and it was very cozy indoors on a coolish day. The food was well presented with good size servings and most importantly, delicious. Just be mindful that cash is not accepted - I didn’t check if you can split the bill. Yes I would return! 4.5 from me.
Tasty food and nice environment. One female server was very helpful and friendly. We were so happy with her. Shr memorises all the order without taking a note. The other server could have had a bad day on that day. But overall it was a great experience :Food: 5/5
Modern fit out , the service was attentive and full of energy. The food was interesting and tasty! Great combination! The coffee no need a word , outstanding as always.
Great spot if you love Ona coffee! Staff were excellent, so fast and friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. Star of the show was the one roll egg bacon sharp cheddar and BBQ sauce, so delicious. It's becoming a regular brush spot for me.Food: 5/5
Ona is well known great quality coffee, their cafe/roastery has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, staff is lovely and vibe is pretty chilled here. Food was absolutely delicious with great service!
The coffee was amazing. Consistent flavour and beautiful. The food actually good but the mayo were too much in the taco. Calamari dish we asked without sesame seeds but come with it.
