Wow! I’m in London and found Omsari via google.. Called and bought 2x 3hr vouchers to surprise my mum who lives locally. She went for the treatments and called both times with such wonderful feedback on the massages being done with the right pressure, even timing and feeling not rushed at all which makes a hug difference. She said the lady who did it made slow movements which made it even more relaxing and said it’s the best massage she’s probably ever had!! * My mum used to be a masseuse so I know she knows what she’s talking about!! On top of that when I’d called the manager who lives locally close to my mother then offered to drop the vouchers to her! This is such a tender and caring business and I really appreciated the personal touch. This kind of sincere Customer Service is so hard to find these days but I know you’ll get it here and that’s the kind of business I will continue to support - THANK YOU Omsari XXX

Personally, 1 star is giving this business credit. Owner is rude, rang repeatedly and apparently all phones diverted so don’t plan on someone answering your call. I walked around for 45minutes trying to find the location to finally have the owner return my call after I began heading home. Only to be spoken down to and to be told it was my fault that I was unable to find the location. When I mentioned that someone should have been available to answer the call considering someone should have been available at that time as it was my appointment time the blame was swiftly put back on myself (the customer). Go elsewhere, because if you get lost trying to find this place they wont try to resolve the problem, they will pretty much call you an idiot and on repeat tell you it’s your fault. If this is how horrible their customer service is, I’m glad I avoided the treatment.

Amazing spa treatment full body exfoliation massage manicure and facial. Thank you Kelly Lisa and staff 😀 myself and my 2 daughters loved it. Very professional

Have been to Omsari a few times and each were very pleasant and left feeling rejuvenated, Friendly staff and well trained.
