I got my first facial at BNY last year after a colleague recommended them and it was pure bliss! I have been back every month since, it’s the most relaxing and comfortable 90 minutes. I now live 40 minutes away but still travel there for my facial. I highly recommend Be Naturally You.

I have been a client at Be Naturally You for over 20 years now. The team has looked after my adolescent skin, my pre-pregnancy skin, my post-pregnancy skin and now, they look after my skin needs as it continues to evolve. I trust the knowledge and experience of all of the beauticians and often leave the choice of treatment in their caring hands because their professional knowledge and understanding of my needs is better than my own! Unprofessional - both business and staff. Often calling almost every booking I had to change appointment time to suit their schedule. Was never overly happy with quality or service except for one team member who was often not available whenever I tried to book. Significant price increase, not transparent or communicated at all. Gave this place a go a few times as it was located around the corner from my brow place and convenient for me. Won’t be returning.  Emailed them directly with my experience  - never responded. Be Naturally You is a standout salon on the Gold Coast.  I recently booked an anti stress facial with the lovely Gemma.  This was by far the best facial and spa experience I've had in a very long time.  Gemma is the ultimate professional who is so passionate about understanding and solving your skin problems. She curated a selection of very high quality products to use during the facial and my skin looked and felt amazing.  The salon is a beautiful space and the staff are so friendly and accommodating.  I'm not a local, but visit Palm Beach a couple of times a year.  Without a doubt I will be back to see Gemma.  Hands down 10/10 for me.

Be Naturally You is an absolute gem of a salon and they have, hands down, the best facials on the Gold Coast. They use high quality products, the therapists take the time to get to know your skin, and it's such a relaxing space to visit. I don't live in Palm Beach anymore but a facial and eyebrows one of very few places I trust with my brows!! from BNY is at the very top on my list when I am in town.Services:&nbsp;Tanning

I had my first appointment at “Be Naturally You” in 1999, when it was just a small salon on the Gold Coast Highway. I was impressed with the general ambience and fantastic costumer service way back then and still to this day cannot find a single negative word to say about the place, location or staff. There are a wide range of treatments to choose from that are performed by very professional staff. I always leave “Be Naturally You” feeling relaxed and revitalised!! Ladies I just wanted to say a big Thank You for your continued professionalism and care of me.
